Back in the late 1890’s, when it was first introduced, Red Man came in two varieties; Red Man leaf chewing tobacco and Red Man Plug tobacco. Both were packaged in the widely recognized red and green pouch with the indian chief logo. 100 years later, two new versions of the loose leaf chew were introduced; Red Man Golden Blend and Red Man Select and then, in 2007, Red Man smokeless tobacco, or Dipping tobacco, was released in two flavors; Original and Wintergreen. Today, the Red Man Brand had 8 different types; Original blend, the higher Nicotine Golden Blend, Gold Blend Totems, Select, Silver Blend, Red Man Plug, Red Man Moist snuff original and Red Man Moist snuff Wintergreen. |
